THIS IS ALL WE NEED TO REALIZE to be happy for ever.
This is called living in the present moment or living in the now....how can you not accept what has happened in the now? It just is.....it requires mind discipline.......I used to live any thought that popped into my head live there....I would entertain it.....until I realized that my thoughts manifest as my life....observe your thoughts and the next step is to let your heart take control of your undisciplined ego.....love it into submission....it wants to be loved....it is where all your pain and fear live and unconditional love is the only healing energy there is......this is difficult as most experience it as painful to see themselves clearly......as we have incorporated so many illuminati lies into our minds.....so we judge ourselves harshly.......and once this is seen we can choose to stop......judging ourselves and others......
The beginning is the present moment only.....amazing how one now leads to another.....with no interference or expectation on my part.....and gives back to me more than I could ever have dreamed of......
Thank God/dess.....for every now moment and all that it contains....
